Our Wednesday Walks will now be in aid of the charity Mind in memory of my son Stuart. It will still be free to join us on our walks but if you are interested in supporting the charity Mind then you can make a donation to them via my Virgin Money Giving Page
This will start from now culminating in two special walks one here in Spain and one in the UK on Sunday 11th September 2016 (following World Suicide Prevention Day on 10th September), these 2 walks will cost a minimum of €5/£5 or whatever you would like to donate, to take part in.
